  • 9:30-10:30 a.m.-Mat Pilates and Weight

Friday

  • 5:45-6:45 p.m. 20/20/20 Spin/Weights/Abs


Rates:

  • Walk-in- $15 per class
  • Prepay for 5 classes- $12 per class
  • Prepay for 10 classes- $10 per class
  • Prepay for 1 month- $90.00
  • Prepay for 3 months- $240.00
  • FAR infrared Sauna single session - $15
  • Boot Camp - 3 weeks - $195



Sabine's Bootcamp for Ladies:

Bootcamp is a great way to kickstart your workout program.

Boot camp classes offered by Sabine in 2011:

  • March 7th-25th
  • May 2nd-20th
  • July 4th -22nd
  • September 5th - 23rd
  • October 31st - November 18th

Offered from 7:00-8:00 p.m.

Sessions include:

Measurements, Diet Consultation, and A Weight Loss Celebration! 3 Free classes will be given for the most inches lost!
