Rates:
- Walk-in- $15 per class
- Prepay for 5 classes- $12 per class
- Prepay for 10 classes- $10 per class
- Prepay for 1 month- $90.00
- Prepay for 3 months- $240.00
- FAR infrared Sauna single session - $15
- Boot Camp - 3 weeks - $195

Bootcamp is a great way to kickstart your workout program.

Offered from 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Sessions include:
