We are so glad you are considering exercising with us. We have a lot of fun in class and we work hard. Each student is pushed to their personal limits to ensure you are effective.

Boot Camp for Ladies

Boot Camp for Ladies is an intense workout program extending each evening for 2 weeks.

This camp is intended to help you lose inches from your belly, hips and thighs.

Aerobics, cross training, kick boxing, Pilates and weight training is all combined in an exciting, effective work out.

This is a great way to start a workout program to build endurance, strength and lose some weight.

Exercise With Us

“Us” is the key word. Many times ladies get memberships and gyms and expect great results, just to end up confused and frustrated.

There is nothing more effective than having a trainer beside you encouraging you to do your best. Many of our students have left boot camp to join a gym and ended up back at our studio for the accountability while working out.
